Development and testing algorithms for ADS-B receiver
Abstract
ADS-B systems are penetrates to the aircraft. This system is intended to prevent hazardous situations in aircraft maneuvering. For this purpose it sends information to a wide broadcast range of the coordinates of the aircraft.
The article offers algorithms for processing the digital signal of the S-mode squitter of the ADS-B system for receivers operating at a frequency of 10 MHz. The algorithms are tested for their resistance to Gaussian noise, for detection resistance when two squitters are superimposed on each other, and on the ability to recognize squitters for real purposes.
The algorithms proposed by the authors, developed and described, make it possible to achieve 98% detection and correct recognition of squitters mode S of the ADS-B system with a signal-to-noise ratio of 10 dBm.
